1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be new, unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible.
3. Return Method & Shipping Costs
- All returns must be made by mail.
- A prepaid return label is included in the package (no cost to you).
- No restocking fees apply.
4. How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@northmann.us within 30 days of delivery to request return instructions.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a free replacement or refund.
7. Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
